Service Description
Treat your little ones to a luxurious soft play package from Soft Play Party Hire. Our packages provide great entertainment for little ones and are thoroughly cleaned for hygiene. With our packages, you get to enjoy the party without worrying about your little ones running around. Make their special day even more special with Soft Play Party Hire. Package includes: Soft Play Blocks / Castle Soft Play Slide Ball Pit and Balls 3x Ride on Toys Crawl Tunnel and Tents Soft Mat Flooring Price includes delivery to and set up at your party venue We'll then come and pack it all away for you at the end of your party. All equipment is throughly cleaned and sanitised between events to ensure hygiene is maintained. Please note, collection times beyond 19:00 will require an overnight surcharge. Please contact us for more information. Payment of the balance is due two weeks before the event takes place. An invoice reminder will be sent via email.
Cancellation Policy
1. Full payment is due within 2 weeks of your hire time 2. Cancellation must be made in writing to info@softplaypartyhire.co.uk 3. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund 4. In the event of adverse weather for outdoor events a reschedule will be offered or a 50% refund of the booking value
