    Soft Play Party Hire provides free delivery within a 30 minute radius of our central locations: Ringwood Gosport Dorchester Durrington (North Wiltshire) Shaftesbury Basingstoke Winchester This means we cover Weymouth, Dorchester, Wareham, Poole, Bournemouth Ringwood, Fordingbridge, Ferndown, The New Forest, Southampton, Salisbury, Andover, Durrington, Basingstoke, Winchester, Eastleigh, Shaftesbury, Gillingham, Southampton, Fareham, Gosport, Portsmouth and everwhere in between. If you're not sure if your party is in this area - or you are just outside it - then please do get in touch and we'll advise what is possible.
  • How long can I hire the equipment for?
    There is no minimum or maximum hire length - so long as it's just the one day (although overnight hire can be organsied for an additional fee). Deliveries can take place from 0900 and collections up to 1900 - if you have a booking at home feel free to keep the equipment for the whole day and make maximum use of it!
  • How do you clean the equipment?
    We use Method antibacterial spray to wipe down all equipment between every hire. We use this brand as it seems to have the right balance of bug killing meaness while being gentle on little one's skin. Ball Pit balls are put into a big bin filled with water and method concentrated solution overnight then hung up to dry out. We have found this process to be the most effective to ensure the equipment is hygienic and safe to use between hires. It's also why equipment can be hired for the whole day rather than a few hours - to clean it all properly takes time and a good soak for the balls so each set of equipment only gets used once in a day. All equipment is then given a final wipedown with spray just before delivery to ensure the highest hygiene standards.
  • How long does it take to set the equipment up?
    Setting up the Soft Play Party Hire equipment typically takes approximately 30-60 minutes, depending on the size of the package and the number of items included. Our experienced team will arrive at your location at the agreed-upon time to efficiently set up the equipment, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for your event. We take pride in our punctuality and professionalism, striving to create a fun and safe environment for children to enjoy. If you have any specific time constraints or requirements, please let us know during the booking process, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Can we hire the equipment for outdoor events?
    Yes, you can hire our soft play party equipment for outdoor events, as long as the weather permits. Our soft play equipment is versatile and can be used both indoors and outdoors, providing a safe and fun environment for children to play and explore. However, please make sure to have a suitable and level ground for setting up the equipment, as well as adequate protection from the elements, such as a gazebo or tent, to ensure the safety and enjoyment of the children. Our Bouncy Castle is ideal for outdoor use however please be aware that if high winds are forecast we wont be able to set the Bouncy Castle up for safety reasons - we all want to keep your children and their little guests as safe as possible. In the event of high wind forecasts our team will be in touch to discuss options. Bouncy castles can only be set up outside on grassy areas to ensure that they can be pegged down to meet safety standards
  • What's your cancellation policy for outdoor events in the case of bad weather
    At Soft Play Party Hire, we understand that outdoor events can be impacted by unexpected weather conditions. In the event of bad weather, we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel your outdoor event due to bad weather, we offer the option to reschedule to a different date at no extra cost, subject to availability. Our goal is to ensure that you can enjoy your event without worrying about the impact of inclement weather. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your booking due to bad weather.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes, at Soft Play Party Hire, we understand the need for flexibility when it comes to payments. We offer payment plans to make it easier for our customers to afford our services.   • How big is the bouncy castle?
    The bouncy castle is 12ft x 10ft and is 7ft high. Please do make sure you have enough space before booking - it also requires a clearance of 1.5m all the way around it to allow for the blower and inflation tubes as well as ensuring that it doesn't rub on anything nearby which may damage it. so the total space you will need is 5m x 4.5m
